* Very interesting and a little bit funny and impractical.
* Implementation of such ideas may open up pandora's box in future and there may be demand for segregation of train seats based on religion/ caste, regional/linguistic considerations. And IR may start promoting national disintegration rather than national integration

Possibly not practical. Even if done, what will happen when a person changes his preferences, when the attender comes to confirm his food preference. Public transport cannot be like your home. If too much problem, go for personal car/taxi/bus.
