its tough to transfer SER HQ to RNC. Better Carve out NECR i.e. North East Central Railway can be made with DHN division of ECR & RNC division of SER & making a Division after Chopan

Carve out SE Railway with HQ at Ranchi, with Dhanbad,Mughalsarai & Ranchi Divisions.
