To accommodate VB and make it look faster, many useful trains are slowed down. This should not happen.
So ideally, it can start from DWR 0630 and reach SBC by 1315 and return from SBC by 1400 to reach DWR by 2100.

If SWR is adamant on starting from SBC in the morning, they should send Super crawler platform...

occupier Chalukya at 0530 and route it via DVG Harapanahalli Gadag to reach UBL by 1500. Return Chalukya via Gadag DVG can reach YPR by 2215 and leave by 2240. This will free the platforms at YPR as well as the track from DVG to Hubli for VB. This Chalukya crawls in SWR because both CR and SR are adamant at entry/ exit timings at their zones. With no other zone intervention, SWR can divert via DVG GDG UBL route. This will give new connection from interior karnataka to Mumbai.

Siddaganga is at 0600. Vishwamanava is at 0900. This VB can be at 0700 at UBL to reach SBC by 1315.
Return VB from SBC can be at 1400 to reach UBL by 2000.
Karnataka Suttuva Kranti 12649 can be slightly realigned to avoid overtaking by VB.

In this scenario better to start VB from BGM, anyhow it has capability to cover Dwr - Sbc in 6 hrs. Additional 1.5 hrs from BGM. Let capital connect with second capital with prestigious train.
