Shri Cement's application without consulting Ultra Track. Ultra Track challenged this in the High Court in 2021. In January 2024, a single bench upheld Ultra Track's claim and canceled the permission granted to Shri Cement, but allowed the Railways to follow the Private Freight Terminal (PFT) policy. Both Shri Cement and the Railways appealed against this decision, and Ultra Track challenged the directive to follow the PFT policy. The case was heard on August 14, 2024, before a bench led by Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha, where legal arguments were presented by representatives from Ultra Track, Shri Cement, and the Railways.

Shri Cement aur Railways dono ne is decision ke against appeal ki, aur Ultra Track ne PFT policy follow karne ke order ko challenge kiya. Case August 14, 2024 ko Chief Justice Ramesh Sinha ki bench ke saamne suna, jahaan Ultra Track, Shri Cement, aur Railways ke representatives ne legal arguments present kiye.
