a significant role in the life of former President APJ Abdul Kalam, who used the train to distribute newspapers on the island. However, due to corrosion, train services were suspended in December 2022. A new, modern sea bridge with a vertical lift span has replaced the old bridge. cyclone bhi jhela. Is bridge ne former President APJ Abdul Kalam ki life me bhi important role nibhaya, unhone is train ka use island pe newspaper distribute karne ke liye kiya tha. Lekin corrosion ke wajah se, December 2022 me train services band kar diye gaye. Ek naya, modern sea bridge, jisme vertical lift span hai, ne purane bridge ki jagah le li hai. Yeh new bridge, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) ne ₹535 crore me banaya hai, yeh zyada air clearance deta hai aur high-speed trains ke liye banaya gaya hai. Gandhi Jayanti Day pe Prime Minister Narendra Modi is new bridge ka inauguration karenge, isse 22 mahine ke baad Rameswaram me train services phir se shuru ho jayengi.
