North Frontier Railway is diverting several train services due to doubling work between Nalbari and Baihata sections of Rangiya Division. on 28th October 2024, Train No. 12516 (Silchar - Coimbatore Express) on 22nd October 2024, Train No. 12508 (Silchar - Thiruvananthapuram Central Express) on 24th October 2024, and Train No. 05952 (New Tinsukia - SMVT Bengaluru special) on 24th October 2024. These trains will be diverted via alternative routes, skipping several stations due to the ongoing doubling work.
