Kumar Gupta as President, SK Prasad of Gomoh as Executive President, BP Varanwal, NH Khan and RK Lal as Vice Presidents, Satrajit Singh as Divisional Secretary, US Prasad and Liakat Khan as Joint Secretaries, PK Das, BP Singh and Bhuvaneshwar Yadav as Assistant Secretaries, BK Jha, KP Verma, Lal Bihari Raut and Shankar Rawani as Organization Secretaries, CK Singh as Treasurer, and AK Paswan as Auditor. The meeting was inaugurated by Senior DPO Ajit Kumar. Elections were conducted under the supervision of Federation's Executive President, MMP Sinha.
