A journey through the evergreen forest reserves of Dooars region is always an exciting one & the passengers onboard the Tourist Train are in for some breathtaking scenes as the Himalayan foothills stand tall & clear after a light spell of rain the previous night.

One can easily spot the small settlements on the mountain. This portion of the foothills visible in the frame falls under West Bengal and gradually as the mountains continue further right, one comes across areas of Sikkim & Bhutan.
