Sabroom is like this far off spot of Indian Railways under the cool Lumding Division where the Feni river kinda divides India & Bangladesh, you know. Usually, you only see four DEMU trains cruising in & out from Agartala, nothing fancy like mail/express up in there. So, any loco-hauled train at Sabroom is a real rare occurrence. Only time you catch one is during inspections, sudden emergencies, or when maintenance work is going down. Got a lil' sneak peek from one of those special days, check it out!

So, this imported passenger class EMD loco WDP 4 # 20002 all the way from Siliguri (SGUJ) was on a rescue mission, comin' in all cool on a rainy eve with the 07684 Agartala - Sabroom DEMU Special, just like 3 hours and 50 mins behind schedule.

Thoda Technical Bhak Lao, IR ke Jo frontieri dariyadill Hain NF Railway ke Dakshiny Railway ka part (Lumding Division) ka ye ek station Hain jo Feni nadi ke pass hain jo India aur Bangladesh ke Beach Mein natural border ka kaam Karta Hain. Abhi Station Par Char DEMU services hoti hain Agartala Se Le Kar Sabroom tak aur koi mail/express train Toh Koi nahi. Isliye, Sabroom Par Loco hauled train ka rare nazara hota Hain. Ye scene sirf inspections, emergency operations aur departmental traffic ke dauraan hi hota Hain. Yaha Ek frame hai ek aise exceptional din Ka.

Rescue mission ka kaam karne ko diya gaya, IR ka Teesra import kiya gaya passenger class EMD (GT46PAC) loco, WDP 4 # 20002 jo Siliguri (SGUJ) se aaya, Baarish wale sham Par Sabroom Mein Aa gaya Hain 3 ghante aur 50 minutes late 07684 Agartala - Sabroom DEMU Special ko lekar.
