Only operational platforms must be updated in IRI. Hubballi Junction has only 5 operational platforms. Construction of 3 new platforms is still under progress. I have confirmed this from local RFs

But in reality 7th platform was not commissioned to traffic at that time

It was commissioned later. So it was updated later
