In this example DDCC & DD doesn't show up at same time while DBRT & DBRG show simultaneously at indianrail.gov.in & irctc charts!!

Tl older then 7 days are not entertained by FMs however this update is wrong and could have been reported earlier as per rules. The wrong was removed in next tl but still there was no report to act on this entry. Tl may however stay in fixit state as voids are not issued after 7 days of creation of entry.
