भाई ये सिर्फ चंडीगढ़ खड़े होने जाती है यार्ड में, साफ सफाई नही होती इसकी वहा, वो फिरोजपुर में ही होती है। मोहाली स्टेशन पर सिर्फ दो ही प्लेटफार्म है अगर इसको वही खड़ा रहने दिया दिन भर तो बाकी ट्रेन के हॉल्ट में तकलीफ होगी। इसलिए इसको बस प्लेटफॉर्म खाली रहने के वास्ते भेज देते है चंडीगढ़।
That's why I called unofficially.....daily evening me 3/4 no of se departure hota hai cdg se ......wo alag baat hai ki koi announcement nhi hoti cdg pe......
Agree with ur words.....par jab train ko cdg bhejna hi padta hai due to space constraints at sasn..... phir iska officialy origination bhi cdg se hona chahiye.... isn't
pahle CDG se hi origin tha, baad me hata kar SASN se kar diya.

Satellite station shouldn't be 40 km far. For place like Dehradun it's like almost 1 and a half hour journey. Moreover not a single train from a state capital just due to space constraint seems fault of IR. Actually DDN lost more trains from pre Covid time. Let's see the occupancy level from YNRK but sure loss for DDN people.
Ddn..se rishikesh jana bhi aasan ni hai...beech me mountain area bhi aata hai...aur.. rishikesh...ko satellite station banadiya...
Ddn se 3 trains...ka terminal badla hai...aur..ek train permanently cancle krdi hai...due to..this there is no south connectivity...

Same here my friend I too am from Dehradun and am really disappointed at this change.
But why are doing so ?

It is so strange that Hwh-Ddn Doon express (The name Doon was given to this train for connecting Dehradun and Kolkata). Railways could have split a 24 coach rake in 2 parts at Haridwar since this is still ICF Utkrisht. Send one to Ddn and other to YNRK
