vivekvinod 980 blog postsWhile at MAQ,I heard announcement of 56643 kabakaputtur pass.The announcement referred to some kind of PF no other than 1,2,3.I found the train was at a half platform along PF1.Can anyone tell what they call such PFs?

Thanks,I couldn't understand from Announcement clearly.Bayline PF,It makes sense now.
Such PF is available at Hubli stn also. Few passenger trains with 6-8 coaches operate from here.
Even it is available at CLT.There too small passenger trains used to operate but a few days back an inspection van was present there
CLT it is there but it is too short and not operational at present. (used as just parking places of locos/electrification van etc...
It is operational at CAN station. Passenger trains towards south is operating from the Bay-platform (PF1A)
