I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent travel experience on Train No. 20909, specifically in Bogie No. 132784WGSCN. Unfortunately, the journey was marred by a series of issues that significantly affected the overall quality of service provided.
Firstly, the cleanliness of the old bogies was deplorable. The conditions inside the train were substandard, and the lack of proper maintenance was evident. The headrests were filled with dirt and muck, making it uncomfortable for passengers.

The canteen service was equally disappointing. The food served was cold, and there were concerns regarding hygiene. Furthermore, the tea vendor was observed cutting corners by halving the tea servings, compromising the quality of service. What added to the dissatisfaction was the absence of bills after purchasing food items.
The condition of the toilets was pathetic. Despite being essential facilities, they were not well-maintained, which is unacceptable considering the importance of hygiene during train travel.
Moreover, the entry door lock mortise was not functioning properly, posing a potential safety risk. Loose switches and plugs in the bogie were also observed, rendering them beyond practical usage. Such issues not only inconvenience passengers but also present safety hazards.
I feel compelled to bring these concerns to the mass attention in the hope that corrective measures will be taken promptly. It is disheartening to experience such a decline in service quality, especially considering the expectations passengers have.
I strongly advise against visiting the pantry as the conditions there were unsatisfactory, further contributing to the negative overall experience. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to address these issues and improve the quality of service on Train No. 20909.
