Trains manages a good speed on down track as 22109 but dont know what goes wrong while on up track right from Gwalior/Jhansi upto Kalyan.
If it's made to overtake few trains like Goa Express mainly without disturbing thier timetable, ontime arrival at LTT could be possible.

Sadly...this is not followed due to which AC is getting delayed every time.AC exp can very well reach on time/or minimum delay at LTT if required priority is given by Controllers so that Ac is not made to trail Goa till MMR thereby unnecessarily increasing its delay time.
Even with 110 MPS it can b on time... For thia it shd follow MAS Raj till ET n thereon use its slack time....
Yes it can reach on time. Even the overtake eats up lot of time and once overtake happens don't know why but its priority is too lost. It has to trail many trains every time like Goa(Many times right upto MMR),Sachkhand,Shridham even though as per TT, Ac should overtake this trains.
Very difficult to expect this from NCR Controllers who definitely dont follow the train's TT, Quite absurd is the pattern in which trains are managed there
