haha .. i ll say better to be in Pondicherry :P:P All the three states under a single tiny UT.
i say negative impact in Chennai side not in whole Tamil Nadu.
Merging and splitting is government policy. i cant command in those. we can discuss pros and cons thats all.

Even if its under SBC , it will make no diff. SBC and MAS will get priority as SBC-MAS is the most profitable line in the entire south . Other places wont get enough attention. They merge zones just because to centralize the powers to make administration easy. I really doubt the possibility of happening. lets wait till budget.
