I have seen 19420 ADI-MAS Biweekly Exp reaching Pune on time. Minor delays, if any, from ADI to SUR, are absorbed due to slack, allowances, etc. However, as rightly pointed out by you, the train gets delayed further in SCR Areas!

the timing of chennai ahmedabad must be changed it must depart chennai central at 10 a.m and arrive ahmedabad at 15:30 or 16:00 pm next day,,,,coz on return direction it takes one night but to ahmedabad it takes two nights,,,,it also coz disturbance to fast emu that depart mas at same 20:00pm

Not a problem with the time-table I guess. This is running in the 5 hr gap between 11041 and 12163. Other than Jayanti Janata running 20 min behind this at RC, there are no other trains to overtake this. GTL-RU is also doubled so no problem with crossings. Might be some operational reason or freight traffic being given priority. But there is a huge slack before between Koduru and RU ( 2hrs for 40km), so the delay will most likely be covered by the time it reaches MAS.

no i said the time table for chennai ahmedabad 19419 must be changed not 19420 coz it runs two nights and also cause disturbance to local commuters in chennai,,,,,it must depart chennai at 10 am morning and must arrive 1600 pm next day,,,,,it will also create a new train from 10 am morning from mas to ru
