Negligence to bilkul hai controllers ki. Dekha jaye to 12817 ke baad practically ppta pune sf hai ( bcoz toofan exp is always late anr arrives after ppta pune) jo ki 35 min baad hai. In 35 min mein 7 to 8 freights handle ki jaa sakti hai. Agar proper handling ki jaaye to 12817 kabhi late nahi hogi atleast till ald.
Mera to suggestion hai ki 12817/18 ko via lko kar dena chahiye. Isse ranchi ko lko connectivity bhi milegi aur ye train bhi time par chalegi.
