Yes brother, there is a direct way to add station note. Go to the Time Table (TT) first, then you will be able to find out a column (designated as "¶", the halt note column) in betweeen "X/O" column and "Arrives" column. Take the cursor of the mouse to the corresponding station and click it. A page will open and there you can add your required halt note, halt type details and loco reversal info.
Thanks a lot, I use IRI from mobile and I couldn't find any other way to add station note in mobile version of site. Switched to desktop version after seeing your reply, now I am able to do it
