SWR/SR can earn huge by running a Premium/Suvidha between SBC and MAS leaving SBC on Friday nights and bak from MAS on Sunday nights.
After some time all train will have dynamic fare. IR must remember that there are only a few % of people who can afford very high fare. The IR need to review and revised its train classification and train fare pattern thoroughly, and come up with a easy to understand and follow system.
SBC-MAS already has 4 trains on Friday nights from SBC end. Need of the hour is one more train from MAS to SBC on Sunday nights..
Bangaloru to Tambaram Express may be operated via Katpadi- Thiruvannamalai-Villuppuram and Chengalpattu after Terminal facilities completed in Tambaram.
Yes. i think it is obviously the bus lobby at work. Even if they shift the Garib Rath day of running and change it to Friday instead of Thursday it will be a huge boon to passengers. It was after lots of protests and escalations that they had started a train with an evening dep from Kerala to Bangalore on a Sunday [22607]. Hope a similar train is started with a Friday departure from SBC/YPR
