It starts 3h 40m late from Naharlagun due to inaugural ceremony & takes 6hr for travel as per schedule....
But Naharlagun Shatabdi Express Inaugural run was Poor Than It's Big Bro Dibrugarh Shatabdi Express Arrival at Guwahati Before Schedule
Naharlagun shatabdi was departed 3hours 40 minutes late that day that's why it was arrived late ... It's not a poor run . It took same 6 hours as per schedule

As It Was Also Departed Late
Same 3.50 Hrs Late And Till Sibsagar Town it was 30 Minutes late But Arrival at Guwahati was Before Schedule
Original Time is 05:00 Am but Departed Approx 10 AM

Dibrugarh shatabdi inaugural special was departed only 40 minutes late than it's actual timing .. According to TT it was set to depart at 9:00AM . A train which was delayed by 3:50 hours late recovers 3:20 hours delay in less than 100 Km of it's journey! Omg .kuch dimag lagayiye
