You are comfortably ignoring things that do not fit into your story and calling out on others.
I shared the 1868 TT which showed the Calcutta Delhi train stopping at EVERY STATION between Teenpahar and Delhi - that is 93 stops over ~820 miles of journey. Is that not a passenger?
1868...
more... Beypore train - Skipping Cudumbathoor, Chinnampet, Sholingur, MAilputty and Theruvellum between Madras and Ambur, halting at every station after that till Beypore
1868 Calcutta Delhi train - Skipping some stations between Howrah and Teenpahar, stopping at every station afterwards.
Both trains have similar ways of operation - limited halts for one section and stopping at every halt on the other section.
I don't understand, why you are saying only the Beypore train is a pass, but the Delhi train is not one? Stopping at every station in 800 miles is not a passenger?
