16732 trip again!!
entered Bangalore city station at 20:35hrs-Platform 1 was empty after Udyan departure-walked down through the cement ramp to Platform 6. Platform 2 occupied by 12678 from Ernakulam, Platform 3 by Erode WAP4 waiting with 16526, Platform 5 with the arrived rake of 12609 from Chennai. Platform 7 had the WDP-4B 40036 hauling the Hampi Express(the loco which had hauked Hampi Express duing accident in May 2012 and was damaged in face)

6 was crowded than usual-the announcement was vlaring about the Extra sleeper of 56214 Fast pass to tirupati suggesting it was running late-occupied an empty bench on Platform 5 and a KJM WDM2 shunted the 12609 to yard
At 21:15hrs KJM WDG-3A brought in the 56214 Pass to Tirupati from chamrajnagar-needless to say it was overcrowded as usual-The KJM Alco detached itself and WAP1 of AJJ in Sapthagiri livery brought in the Extra coach-announcement changed to arrival of 16732 at 21:35hrs.
Sanghamithra came on to Pf-4 at 21:15hrs-56214 got the starter and left at 21:30hrs-checked the train posisition in the system kept on Pf-6-crossed Nayandahalli at 21:28hrs-so will be in soon
At 21:40hrs the Erode WDM-3A brought in the 16732-my 1st spotting of the rake after its transfer to SWR-boarded B1 coach seat No. 13 was allotted-A 2001 make from RCF Kapurthala-Lalbagh in meantime arrived on Pf-5.
Thought we will be given the starter after Hampi Express but we got it at 22:00hrs. Came out to cross the 11013 from Kurla enroute Coimbatore and at Cantt. WAP7 was waiting with the 12027 shatabdi from chennai-came in and boarded the berth and slept wondering about the late departure of the train(45 mins)
Had a deep sleep enroute-Woke up at 3:45Am to find the train leaving a station-it was in reverse direction-so confirmed it was Erode with my mobile and got back to sleep immediately
Woke up at 5:55AM to fin dthe train slowing down-loked out of the window and board confirmed it was Dindigul-15 mins ahead of schedule(From leaving 45 mins late)-This may also explain the slack time enroute-may be didnt stop for 16610/12 crossing
Made way to Kodaikkanal road and I got down to the lower berth-sholavandhan was reached at 6:50AM and at Samayanallur WDP-4B of GOC crossed us with the Vaigai Express bound to chennai-after crossing the empty Pandiyan Rake at the sidings entered platform 2 of Madurai at 7:05AM ahead of schedule by 10 minutes with Kolam Madurai pass on Pf-3
Overall a very superb run!!
