Bro, You are correct but we need to understand that another problem is appearing now.

That is called congestion. They have successfully done doubling and electrification work but now both New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin are badly congested.

has been really difficult to find a slot for departure and arrival at these stations.

I personally feel that they must immediately shift few trains from New Delhi to Anand Vihar and Old Delhi to Delhi Safdarjung.


Also if possible then they may allow few trains to skip both stations and take stoppages at other stations in Delhi so they will not occupy the platform.

Even if there is 2 minutes halt, no train can originate within 30 minutes from that platform and no train can be terminated after 30 minutes before arrival time of halting train.
