Cancelled from 11th April 2019-14th April 2019 (4 Services) due to NI work at AJJ.
Experimental Stoppage provided at Ambattur for 6 months. 28/01/2019 to 27/07/2019. TEMPORARY STOPPAGE FOR SAPTHAGIRI AND YELAGIRI EXPRESS AT AMBATTUR PUT on HOLD. Vide Press Release No.730 it was announced on 26th January 2019 that Sapthagiri and Yelagiri Expresses will have a stoppage at Ambattur. However, the decision has been reviewed and is put on hold in view of passengers safety for want of lengthier platform at Ambattur to accommodate the stoppages of these trains. Hence the stoppage of Train Nos.16057/16058 Chennai – Tirupati – Chennai Sapthagiri Expresses, and Train Nos/16089/16090 Chennai – Jolarpettai – Chennai Yelagiri Expresses at Ambattur is kept in abeyance until further advice.
