Bypass BAY and halt at BYC is a bad move because BYC is situated in between 2 railway gates
So any train cannot halt for more than 1 minute
Also BYC doesn't have...

All trains halt at BAY for 5 minutes and all platforms have coach indication boards. So it is easy for passengers
Also quick Loco Reversal (LR) will be done at BAY when compared to other stations. So LR at BAY is not a big problem at all

Plus, there ain't no signs for coaches at BYC, which makes it tough for folks to find their spot and get in the train real quick.
All trains chill at BAY for like 5 minutes, and every platform there has coach signs, making it easy for peeps. Plus, the Loco Reversal at BAY is faster than at other stops, so it's no biggie at all.
