Why Bilaspur Road Halt given.It is completely useless and senseless halt.People can get down at Rudrapur City.Also Bilaspur Road doesn't have well maintained platforms.Don't know how railway gives halts to trains to such type of trains
Convert this into Intercity Exp like Agra jaipur shatabdi then give stop at every turn and corner...but don't make fool of public in the name of premium fare
