Dear All,
Came by ERS , Chennai Suvidha express ( 82632). paid 1200 + rs for SL from palakkad till chennai, booked ticket 1 month before.
Normal SL coach cost only 385 rs. for same route.
points :- no facility provided for the charge they are taking. coach were in bad condition with lots of cockroaches . no water in toilet etc.. and...

it was stinking.
For the money they are charging for suvidha train we expect something good from railway if not better service.
Really Suvidha train should be named as Unsuvidha train. only we get conformed ticket thats it rest its zero..

Dear all,
Have noticed for past 2 weeks whenever somebody try to book tatkal ticket IRCTC shows ( error message "Transaction Dropped : No Seats Available )
Eg :- on Dec 24th 2015 I tried to book tatkal ticket from pune till ahmedabad on duronto express.
at 10:00 am i loged in and it was showing 3rd ac available 150 seats, at 10:01...

before payment it still showed almost same number of seats , and by 10:01 itself i made payment and once it hit irctc website it showed above error mssg. And 10:03 it was showing WL 100 plus and also as regret. so just wanted to know was it some IRCTC bug or relaly 150 seats booked plus extar 100 plus seats boked in 2 mins??
However money is credited back to my bank account, bu tthats not the issue.
same happened on 29th Dec i wanted to book a SL ticket to my friend from ahmedabad to bangalore.
It was showing available 170 plus ticket, but i n2 mins same reson happened.
Kindly advise was that IRCTC bug at that time?

Have booked 2 ticket, E-Ticket pune till coimbatore to travel on 22nd Dec 2015.
child 7 years ticket confirmed & my wife ticket RL/WL 1.
Kindly advise if my wife can accompany my son if wl is still not confirmed at time of chat preparation. hopefully that ticket also gets confirmed. Train 11013 2nd AC.
