Entire IR needs to revisit their Time Tables.... ZBTT was a flop because it was never done with proper planning thanks to IIT Munbai Team who didn't have any practical exposure.
Its high time, every zone is asked to completely retable the entire trains from scratch like ZBTT and implement them in phases.

Yes.. its required but I guess they will say terminal constraints etc etc. Hence netter to extend to GUV.

Well.. sooner or later GUV will have to maintain VB sets....
For now, this VB can run for 5 days a week between GUV and BNC and weekly between CBE BNC till PM facility is created at GUV.

Very much possible but care should be taken to ensure convenient travel time to passengers.

Railfan_SRDiv^~ 2439 blog postsI think it will be good if they give this train to KR as Madgoan morning departure or since VB need only 1 day maintanence, it can not run from CST to MAO on wednesday in that case they can do maintanence at CST for that one day.
Currently only Mandovi is the dedicated morning train from MAO to CST with no premium trains

There was a Double Decker that initially departed at 6 am from Goa. It didn't have takers.
I feel MAO VB should be made into 16 C and then Tejas should be run from Pune via Kalyan- Panvel as a Triweekly day time connect in either direction
