ok, here is my take on this.
GNWL#17, Rac allocation is 110, CKWL#32, PT avl 62
so we need 55 + 17 + 31 = 103 berths for complete confirmation in SL class at originating station (CK+GNWL)
berths in hand = 62 plus some from other quotas

now, if there are vacant berths after charting then it will be forwarded to next charting station (GDR and BZA in this case, i suppose PQ charting will happen together with MAS charting) and all booking from MAS to BZA, and from intermediate stations till TEN to any station further enroute is PQWL.

the problem with PQ is that we dont know how much is short distance or more (mas-ogl, ten-wl, gdr-bpq etc). the guessing game in PQ is not as easy as GNWL. Hence suggesting you the other option of MAS-ADI booking, BP at OGL
My bet is between paying CK fares for OGL-ADI or GNWL fares for MAS-ADI (bp at OGL) which is a lesser risk, while game-on for PQ could prove costly (as you said current booking in 3A)

but then, it is the kick of doing trickier things that we crave and not these little monetary savings :)
