It's just political vengeance..If this act is so scary why people who pelt stones at trains don't get booked under the same law ?

Bravo !! No wonder why people have prejudices against biharis..BTW the only focus of IR is to make money they don't really care about the security of the pax.. recently a girl was gang raped on a running train and now there have been so many incidents of stone pelting but still no one cares. Like usual some officers will assure us of safety and then everyone will move on.
