Hope the necessary information is given to travellers appropriately. The other day i saw the Kochuveli-GHY special train at Palakkad which was relatively less crowded and the most shocking part was that general compartments had some vacant seats!!
Immediately after 15 minute came the TVC-GHY express which was over packed and sleeper coaches looked like generaal compartments. Not too sure whether travellers were aware of such a special train !
And what was even more suprising was that when the only time, announcement of the special train was done, it was done...
