Why dont you ask self have you made duplicate entry or not !?

Nope doesnt seems to be a IRI site issue.
34 minutes ie 2,040 seconds is a huge gap for site issue
that to with a gap of 6 entries.
faultness biased.

It was site issue..
I was uploading pics from desktop but page didnt reloaded
Hence i switched to phone.. then i was logged out then relogin again
Did updates under different tabs when current tabs page didnt logged in.. after that i did update again for the same pic this time from mobile.. it was updated
