Though I agree with your line of argument, let me present a devil's advocate version: Why SWR depends completely on CR for Mumbai Bangalore trains? Why CR should permit SWR trains in LTT/ DR/ CSMT when SWR spoils all their long distance trains by making them crawl in SWR territory (LHB train Udyan, Chalukya 3 hours in Bangalore, LTT CBE 4 hours for 100 kms)?
