This train has 5 sleeper + 4 GS + 1SLR
And 9-3AC
.
Few months back a intellectual person sitting from home give his opinion by saying that tier 3 city dont need such configuration in rake standardization..
I...
more... didn't wanted to argue because new born RFs specially new Gen are too fast to judge specially SMs linked one..
They judge entire world from that smartphone with 4G network..
.
However coming to the Point
9-3ac was issue that it runs empty or with very few occupancy in Ac class..
However i did RTI onto this train and what i found that more than 80% of of travel is alone from Mau and maximum for end to end..
For today's occupancy it has RAC55 in 3ac
If tier 3 city is not able to fill this who books in this train?
Point can be raise that u may get seats in current availability as few quota seats and tatkal will be available.. but real point was that tier 3 city with 9 3ac coaches ЁЯШР
.
I travel in this train few times & booked tickets 1 day or same day but never found AVBL...
Till the end train runs jam pack or hardly few seats in curr avbl that too depends on season..
Peak or lean..
.
Maximum time i prefer BSB bound trains to new delhi but even they have 8 3ac still i dont get tickets
Is it bad to have 9 3ac when AC is packed most of times or has curr avbl of few seats?
How much more AC pax will suffer?
I travel more in sleeper class
And its not rake standardization which affects sleeper class as worse its population movement, people are uplifting to pay and travel..
So many people are paying heavy fines with GS tickets to travel in sleeper to avoid GS crowd
If they spent few bucks more they will get cnf seats in AC and many of them are doing the same..?
Witness this issue in Telangana Express..
please wait...Translate to EnglishThis train's got 5 sleeper, 4 GS, and 1 SLR. Plus 9-3AC. Some smarty pants said tier 3 cities don't need that kind of rake standardization, but I didn't wanna argue with someone who thinks they know everything just because they've got a smartphone. Anyway, the 9-3AC carriages are always empty, but it turns out that over 80% of travelers are alone and from Mau. Today, the occupancy is RAC55 in 3AC. Who even books this train if tier 3 cities can't fill it up? I mean, sure, you might get some seats through quota or tatkal, but 9 3AC coaches for a tier 3 city? Come on. I've ridden it a few times and booked tickets once...
