As both VB from New Delhi and Varanasi are 16 coach and NR has a spare rake they should run 2VB with 3 rakes in RSA for 2 months till the ussue of fog is settled.
Catering staff kaha se ayaenge aise achaannk... Srif rake home se nhi hota
strictly for the duration of the fog, they can short terminate @ PRYJ for both 22435/36 and 22415/16.

They should employ one extra Set of temporary staff for 4 winter months. This will be a problem every year and try to work for a solution. They can't run trains late everyday. Amazon flipkart employ extra temporary staff for festive period and other holiday sale.
