Previously, passenger ticket service centers were opened in Sakchi and Golmuri as per orders from the South Eastern Zone, while the railway has been providing this facility to passengers in Sonari. It is reported that the railway will open passenger ticket service centers in various areas of Jamshedpur, including Jugsalai, Mango, Adityapur, and Baridih.
