Sir there is only one way to tackle this
1: connecting barwadih/garhwa to Ambikapur to Korba.
2: connecting raipur to Jagdalpur to warangal and let it come under the ambit of secr.

entire CG as there are many trains to and from these cities.
This two projects should have been strategic for secr but don't know why this zone is sleeping from making new rail corridors since it's inception and only focussing on freight lines.
Also it has been too late now and in near future secr might be loosing trains further.

I know sir as I m living in the same state and been to Jagdalpur and ahead of it 3 times.
But sir we should always think of positive solution and not of only problems. Where does problems do not exist?

Is it too difficult than making highest rail bridge for connecting Srinagar coz that one is strategic?

When it comes to mining of minerals by large psu's where does this problem vanish.
There is also two NH Passing through this red belt with high traffic and one of the major road bridge(NH) on indravati river has recently been inaugurated by Nitin Gadkari ji. Then why IR not interested.
The only fact is that government(both) does not want to spend money on this.
Otherwise think of two rail corridors where sail and secl have spend crores to get connected it's mining areas by rail but IR has not even given a single penny despite of joint venture project.
Moreover naxal belt has been squizzed to much smaller area now compared to last 10 years and things have changed manifold.
So I hope IR should take positive steps in this. direction.

Sir I think CG Rajdhani be extended upto Vskp for better patronage to save it from getting permanently cancelled in future as present govt is focusing on reviving railways and get rid of loss making trains which can be seen in recent years.
Also in my opinion cgsk be made regular with increased no of AC coaches (to compensate for the loss of AC seats in Rajdhani) which IR is doing with most of the trains now to increase their revenue.
And also there is news that IR is making economical

Yes I agree with your point that Raj cannot be introduced from every State but it can be and shall be definitely introduced by connecting two or more states so that all state gets atleast one premium service train to national capital for its
Upper and elite class passengers.
Also Raipur is not a small city now. It has been 2 decades since it was designated as capital of state and also before it was among 5 RAJBHOGI (Ra-Raipur, J-Jabalpur, B-Bhopal, G- Gwalior, I-Indore) cities which MP was proud upon.

Also, When it has 8-9 fights to Delhi then how a Raj which is also not regular cannot be filled. There are certainly other factors behind this. Some of these may be lagging behind cgsk, poor timings, days of run etc.
And there is also too much fights and Politics between the R-zones for slots which they want for the trains Of their own zones which has certainly deteriorated our own beloved INDIAN RAILWAYS like Air India which is on sale right now.

Sir I think cg govt. agreed to contribute in the project so as to connect population areas but in my opinion this line should have been planned between chirmiri/manendragarh to gevra then chirmiri(a municipal Corporation and much more populated then pendra)which is a dead end now could have been connected to BSP/R via new line from Dgg-Katghora joining gevra-chirmiri without going to another state. Also secl a party in the project could have been benefited by connecting its two mines(chirmiri and gevra) via shortest route. The distance from gevra to pendra and gevra to chirmiri is nearly same.

Har chiz k liye railway board se permission nahin li jaati. Chote mote kaamo k liye railway zone aur division k pass bhi independent powers hote hai.
Platform tickets koi itna bada issue nahin hai. Har zone aur division apne level pe decision le rahe hain depending upon their crowd level at the railway stations.
