UDZ-KURJ Express will go to MKP via MBA-BNDA-CKTD soon and MBA-KURJ will be eliminated. Raipur-Lucknow (weekly) via STA-BNDA new train proposal is pending. SKD or Kushinagar will divert via CNB-BNDA-STA-JBP-ET instead of CNB-JHS-BPL-ET.
UTKAL Express 3 days diversion proposal via KTE-CKTD-JHS sent to RM and RB is checking the feasibility of this diversion. Hope now you understand that there is no political influence.

sahi baat hai bhai. sabhi zones kam se kam proposals to bnate hai but SECR proposals bhi nahi deta hai.

Yamuna Bank to Khairar Double line construction is also in full swing. I saw it mostly places earth work is in progress.

Bhimsen bypass would be connected to Panki or Bhaupur or DFC because it starts towards Govindpuri and crossing over BZM-GOY section. Hence it would be useful to bypass CNB. 2 Girder spans are ready and earth work completed.
KID & Mahoba bypass are only for frieght movement as of now. Frieght trains will easily go to KURJ and Kanpur side without loco reversal.

Trains don't reverse at KID bcoz KID doesn't have staff for this and only 1 low level platform available at KID station. Loco reversal happens at BNDA station. BNDA provide good occupancy to each trains in JHS-MKP, CNB-STA, KURJ-CNB.
After KID bypass BNDA passengers will go to Mataundh or Ichauli to cath the train then both side distance will be 20 KM.

It was only proposal which was discussed in IRTTM 2021. Not approved yet.

It can be start Khajuraho or Prayagraj due to Primary Maintenance. As you know Manikpur doesn't have PM facility.
I think PRYJ-PNVL have more chances to be run as regular service.
