I feel that railways need to start looking at a way wherein new linen is loaded on departure and on return journey another set is loaded. In all the trains the linen is loaded as per its primary maintenance station and extra load is carried. Sometimes this becomes insufficient especially in long journeys. I have seen the shortage occur in trains like LTT-CBE, DHN-Allp, where due to so many stops lot of times there is severe shortage.
