My mother in law is travelling in this train at seat B7/60. AC is not working from source Subedarganj...Train was held up at kanpur for 2 hours. Railway personal made some temporary repair and it started working...AC failed again before the train could reach Jhansi...
After that AC is not working...travellers are forced to keep the door open and travel in such heat even thogh they have paid higher fares... today on learning i have filed TDR for the journey....the irctc message read if complaint is found...
