Alternate proposal is to start same train from Rourkela instead of Bhubaneswar.

Next stop after skipping Agra is Gwalior. Agra to Gwalior hai to bhai itni saari train. Thik hai connectivity chaiye Bilaspur ki lekin ab Rajdhani ka hi stop thodi maang Lena chaiye aise. Gwalior easily jaa sakta hai aadmi agar Bilaspur side hi Jaana Hai to is train ke liye.
