For Mumbai Shirdi and Mumbai Madgaon VB will only be only deboardings at Nasik and Ratnagiri, to Sanatwadi wadi stretch but no boarding. Hence as per IR way of calculating occupancy as per footfalls they have less occupancy ratio. When you see the sectional occupancy of Bilaspur Nagpur and Mumbai Solapur there will be lot of vacant seats in between. The real calculation is realisation of basic fare perseat perkm of the total run of the train average to a month and should be 0.8 or 80%.
