Ye train ka Time table aisa banaa hai ki ye kabhi time se chal nahi sakti. Ek toh waise hi express category hai. Upar se vijayawada-secunderabad section ka time table itna zaada fast banaa hai ki itna speed ka permission nhi hai. Upar se ye secunderabad se yesvantapur ka, sabse long route leta hai jo ki waise hi slow kar deti hai iss train ko.

KKRAlwaysDestroyTeamIndia~ 1499 blog postsSCR must ensure RSA of Falaknuma & East Coast Express. SCR must take East Coast Express Rake from SER. East Coast Express must be converted to SF after SCR gets hold of the train, renumber the train from 18645/18646 to 22703/22704. This will help & improve Kolkata-Hyderabad Train travel very much. East Coast was SCR train in till 2007/08 having 7045/7046 number. Then it was given to SER during Number system change of IR in 2008/09. 7045/7046 East Coast Express became 18645/18646 & RSA with 18615/18616 was enforced. But currently 18645/18646 RSA with 18615/18616 was removed after LHB rakes given. 18645/18646 became 18045/18046 now.

You might not know one thing. First 18046 was between HWH-BZA and was under SER, then extended to HYB,and then after few years it gone to SCR. Then again it gone back to SER.
Totally agreed, if HWH-SMVB and 18046 gets rsa, it will be helpful and 1 extra rake will be saved. And 12860 should get rsa with HWH-PURI SF Express and 1 more extra rake will be saved. Even 18045 TT is adjusted properly that its arrival time is around 10pm at HYD, then also it can go to SCR with 3 rakes.

Currently 12703 maintenance is not good you know this very well, but 18045 has even better maintenance than 12703. It is cleaner than 12703 now(even unexpected for me as well). Now I would say is SER, SCR doesn't matter for maintenance. But SER is poor in punctuality and SCR is best in punctuality .

Currently 12703/04 Falaknuma Express & 12709/10 Simhapuri Express are having RSA. SCR must delink RSA of 12703/04 & 12709/10, extend 12797/98 Venkatadri Express to SC from KCG. Then 12709/10 & 12797/98 can have RSA, making rakes of Venkatadri Express LHB from current ICF.
I agree that East Coast Exp should be SF and under SCR. But should not have Rsa with Falaknuma Exp. Because PM time will not be feasible for Hyderabad. But Falaknuma Exp should go to SER (because of its TT) due to lay over time in HWH and there will be no need of rsa.

Even if 12703 goes to SER it can be possible to extend this train till nampally station. And no rsa will be needed. But 18046 can have rsa with 18409 or 12837 or with 12863 easily having a good amount of PM time

You are right but how did 18046 had rsa with 18615. And 18409 can have rsa with 18046?

18047 doesn't require any rsa, but it can be a good option for 18045.
