We should have a review system for all games, even in tests, for decisions like wides or no balls. And hey, if the team uniforms match, they should have a toss like in football, not in tests though. In IPL, let's bump up the teams to 16 with players like Vishakapatnam, Kochi, Cuttack, Ranchi, Indore & Pune, and 5 overseas players per team, ditching impact/substitution players. Oh, and if a team wins 24 matches straight, they're in the playoffs. Just SG balls on Indian pitches, no more Kookabura or Dukes in IPL. And different review systems for different match types - 3 for tests, 2 for ODIs, 1 for T20s, and 2 for IPL.
