Jhansi is the biggest railway hub in the entire region and there's no other place like it.
Jhansi is situated in such a location that it's an ideal crew change point from every point.
Secondly, it's a tourism destination.
Thirdly, it's the gateway to Bundelkhand region.
Fourthly, there are two big cantonments nearby and hence the defence corridor starts here.
There are no trains for Kanpur/Lucknow, as it used to be a single line earlier and still is. So, if you get a bus every 5-10 minutes, you can reach Kanpur.
Apart from that, there's nothing much to talk about here. Hardly anyone visits.
There's a station called Khalihar, but it stops due to favoritism.

The real issue here, bro, is that Gwalior doesn't get anything, so put the blame on Jhansi that it's not getting anything because of Jhansi. Then, make an angry statement against Jhansi to satisfy your ego, even though we want both to get a halt. But some people don't want Gwalior to get a halt because of Jhansi, and even if Gwalior gets a halt, Jhansi shouldn't get it. If the station gives a lot of revenue, then by default, there should be a halt, no matter how far the nearby station is. For example, Borivali and Thane are both superbly connected and got halts of premium trains. Similarly, every station will get a halt if they give passengers and revenue. Let's say Jhansi got a stop only for the crew, but RB doesn't care if they can get revenue from the next station, so they stop it there. IR is causing us to lose revenue, and then 😒.

Haha, the Govt made a hub here, that's why there are more employees here than regular people. Look at the railway settlement area in Jhansi, 3 out of 5 houses are occupied by railway employees. Crew change division determines which crew will run a 4 hour shift on a particular division, and you can check the crew pattern. Agra is a much bigger city than Jhansi or Gwalior, and we have our own route, unlike Jhansi where no one goes anywhere. Only people from big cities go there. Bundelkhand ain't no small region. It's one of the four big regions of UP and its main city is Jhansi which holds importance in every aspect, politically and all. It ain't necessary that you're always right and everyone agrees with you.

Only railway servants are allowed to have duty passes in places like VBE, etc. Others are not allowed.

You think you're smart, but you're not even half as clever as you think you are, buddy. First of all, read and understand properly. You're saying that employees have no role in stopping the train, and they should let the dictatorship go on. You may be great, but everyone else is wrong? I never said to stop anywhere else, just that Jhansi deserves it. Don't bring your ego and city pride into this argument. My only point is that Jhansi deserves it and if you just think it's a dictatorship, that's your opinion. I didn't tag you in my original reply and you came here. In summary, if we can't get a stop in Gwalior, give Jhansi the trains, and if VBE is going on, put a stop in Gwalior and not Jhansi. This is my final reply.

Keep it till NZM, that's better. NZM to NDLS will take 15 minutes and it will be a waste from one side. Metro connectivity has also been introduced to NZM and there is already bus connectivity. It will be good.
