As Railways as well as BMTC are not interested in connecting city with airport, we have reached this condition.
More travellers to airport means more Ola Uber and so more toll charges. More passengers means more income for white elephant BMTC Vayu Vajra buses.
But more traffic on the road means more mega jams on the roads. But who cares 🤔???

More income to Ola Uber BMTC and other taxi services. People are expected to pay 1500 or more for travel from/ to airport, whereas air fare for many destination are around 2500 to 3000. 🤔

SWR will run airport trains according to their convenience, from whichever station they feel like. With zero punctuality. Still expecting patronage of such a useless arrangement is too much.

ನಮ್ಮ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಅಂದರೆ ಜೇಬಿಗೆ ಕತ್ತರಿ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಗಂಟೆಗಟ್ಟಲೆ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒದ್ದಾಟ.

Chennai Airport has metro station directly connected to airport terminals with walkalator etc. Opposite is Tirusulam local railway station. In front of airport one corner you have 2 city bus stops. Other side of the road you have TNSTC buses originating from airport to Trichy, Villupuram etc.
What do we have in Bangalore airport? AC buses to city. Hourly AC buses to Mysore. That's all. Why not normal regular Non AC Karnataka Sarige buses to any other part of Karnataka/ neighbouring AP TN (Hosur, Salem, Anantapur, Tirupati, Chikkaballapura, Doddaballapura, Tumkur, Hassan, Chitradurga, Davanagere etc).
