Nowadays all I see is some people playing agenda against Vande Bharats and premium services. Some astrologers predicting every train to be flop. And a few people absolutely justifying rash rake standardization.

both the parties have absolutely no sensible things to say. When other members correct them, they start keyboard battles, with absolutely no knowledge.

In my opinion, Vande Bharats or any other premium services on good routes are necessary. Not just because they're profitable to the core, but also to provide people who can afford these premium services a better option.

On the other hand Sleepers and Generals are also necessary in a justified amount for people who aren't able to afford the upper classes fares.

Not everyone in this country is poor. Not everyone is so well-off. And everyone should have an option available according to their needs.

And people bashing Vande Bharats, there are plenty of genuine reasons to look for, safety, delays, food, cleanliness, maintenance. Raise your voice about them on relevant platforms, let this site be exclusively for people who really care about trains.

A fleet of mere 25 pair of services won't wreak havoc in a network with 13000+ services. Stop giving weird excuses and comparisons. Have a life!
