If kilometer limit is to exceed after a single round trip, then probably S.M. is strictly implemented as much as possible, else if it is achieved over say 2 or more round trips, the limit maybe stretched to close to 4000 kms. for ICF Coaches and 4500 kms. for LHB Coaches.

I mentioned it only. Someone else was asking for the definition. Anyways, you will soon see why I mentioned it.
Call it whatever you want to. Just make it clear and meaningful. Simple as that. Just because I mentioned "short clothes" does not mean that I could not have said "nudity and sexually explicit". It is just that I told what came to my mind at that time and seemed meaningful.
