Absolutely not needed. What Lohardaga Tori line needs is another Sasaram Intercity type of train and not a Vande Bharat Express. Common sense is required
Daltonganj se daily train hai, Bokaro se Varanasi ki ek bhi daily train nahi hai.
Varanasi se Dhanbad Intercity train chalade via CIC woh zyada kaam aayegi, Vande Bharat nahi

I was born and brought up in Bokaro! Easy to pass judgements :)
And what about quota in Neelanchal? Still no daily train to Varanasi. Pehli baat toh yeh train Tatanagar se via BKSC chalni thhi as per old SER proposal. Ranchi se bhi chali toh via BKSC hi chalni chhaiye. Bokaro Koderma Gaya can anyday give more pax to VB than any of the stations on CIC.

Some people aren't taught manners. It's okay, the world moves on! I just made a statement, Vande Bharat tickets are an expensive affair. Only big urban areas can provide decent occupancy, and unfortunately there are none on that route.

Bold of you to assume that after your first assumption about me was wrong as well.
Anyway, my point is still valid. Daily passengers on that route need a day intercity express from BRKA to BSB to HTE to SSM. Not a Vande Bharat :)

HTE/TATA - SMVT via SC seems interesting. From what I have heard, it has also been accepted by all concerned zones. Might not be the case, but if indeed it is approved, could be instant superhit. Any train from that part of the country to Bangalore and Hyderabad always runs packed. Plus as a bonus, it will serve our region (SECR Chhattisgarh) belt also!
